1/2 cup mayonnaise ( 125 mL)
1/4 cup sour cream ( 50 mL)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 mL)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1-1/2 cans drained lobster meat in chunks
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
Salt and pepper
GARNISH:
Bibb lettuce
Lemon wedges or twists
Lightly mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and dill. Gently add lobster and celery; toss lightly. Add salt and pepper to taste; chill.
Spoon lobster salad into lettuce cups. Garnish with lemon. Makes 2 servings.
